— Okay, I’ve ALREADY started my Thanksgiving nesting behavior. I can’t help it. I start planning the cooking and cleaning that needs to happen to make me feel ready for the holiday. I had to tackle the toilets and will get the floors ENOUGH and the sinks. 🤷🏽‍♀️😳😬

—Okay, so I braided my hair this morning. I also started making the new starter pack yesterday, but I need to finish it up today, as well as order new photos for future purchases. (If you want to receive your very own free Starter Pack, click here!)—And I REALLY DO need to follow these Alibaba links—in the artist mentoring program—to order these t-shirts! —I have a feeling that we’ll need t-shirts soon, if folks bump up their orders! 😳🤷🏽‍♀️🙄 BUT that’s a great problem to have, right?! —Anyway, I simply MUST get new t-shirts up in here for the growth that is to come. I can see the roots of the new emails already, so it’s NOT far-fetched to believe that we might sell a bumped-up order soon. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Doing it poorly… 🙄

—I guess the part that’s distressing about this whole artist mentoring program is that I feel like we’re doing pretty poorly at it AND I feel like it’s taking some of the fun out of the holidays….😳🤷🏽‍♀️ But then I think about the fact that I have had ALOT worse holidays, where I was writing essays about things that I didn’t care ANYTHING about or stressing out about not having any money and this is CERTAINLY not that. It’s not me TRYING to figure out how to keep the tension down between family members at what is supposed to be a fun dinner…. Those holidays were rough. 😳🤷🏽‍♀️🙄 So, I think I can handle this.

That’s MY fault….

—I also remind myself that I was the one who decided to do Blogmas…😳🙄🤷🏽‍♀️ Which is something that we didn’t bother with last year. 😬 I think it’s important and is something that I will be SUPER proud of when it’s done, but it’s going to take a shitload of work to pull off today and tomorrow, which is a time and energy crunch right now. 🤷🏽‍♀️ But once I get past this, it will MOSTLY be downhill. —But then I remember that this is all on top of getting this next level together of artist mentoring offerings. —But then, I think about how, when that whole system is set up, how good I will feel when all we have to do is reap the benefits and go in and tweak things from time to time. And how it’s better to do it poorly than to NOT do it at all, as things that continually get put off tend NOT to get done with me….😳🤷🏽‍♀️🙄 —And so the same goes with this year’s ornaments. I HAVE to do them, because that’s my “happy place” craft this year, so if I DON'T—because of all kinds of additional pressure that I am putting in it 🙄—that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the joy I will feel at making them. This tells me that it’s better to just do it and get them out than to keep second guessing and overthinking it. So, THAT'S what I am going to do. And I don’t care if I DON'T finish them until 2 days before Christmas, I will display them proudly and mail those motherfuckers out! Period. I HAVE TO. So, that’s what’s gonna happen. 🤷🏽‍♀️🙌🏾😬
